Kanpur Electricity Supply Co Limited has published Tender For Annual General Cleaning Works In Various Offices At Rph Kesco Kanpur. - 1 Civil work: 2 Cleaning of single lane roads and their side patteries including sweeping, removing garbage and vegetation from patteries, if any and its disposal to dust bins. (Based on C.S.I No.22.74b/ETCA-2012) 3 Sweeping cleaning of floor with brooms, cloth etc. and also including wet wash with phenyl or approved germside materials and disposal of refused material in dust bins of beyond 50 M from the area cleaned. (Based on C.S.I No. 22.112/ETCA-2014) 4 Cleaning of 14 toilet (03 No. attached & 11 No. common toilet) of non-residential building of RPH per day including cost of detergent powder, herpic, phenyl and suitable acid etc. as required for proper completion of work. (Based on C.S.I. No. 22.111) 5 Cleaning and sweeping of roof of residence as and when required including uprooting of rank vegetation and disposal of the garbage upto 50 M(.CSI 22.20) 6 Supply and sprinkling of lime in all drains of Kesa House and water logged area including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work (C.S.I .No. 29.81) 7 Thorough cleaning of inspection chamber with sludge pump including disposal of waste outside the corporation area including removing inspection chamber cover and refixing cover in its position as per direction of the E/I including cost of all labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. (C.S.I No. 29.60) 8 Disposal of rubbish/debris outside the corporation area as per direction of Engineer in-charge including cartage labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (C.S.I. No. 15.60) 9 Cleaning and opening of chocked W.C/bath/kitchen pipe line including opening and refixing of chamber cover including washing etc. complete. (C.S.I. No. 29.63) 10 Cleaning of main drain or width less than 300 mm.including disposal of waste refuses sludge out side the boards area including washing and cleaning by clean water completely as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all labour,T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work.(CSI NO. 29.63) 11 Cleaning of main drain or width more than 300 mm.including disposal of waste refuses sludge out side the boards area including washing and cleaning by clean water completely as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all labour,T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work.(CSI No. 20.14) 12 Thorough cleaning of PVC TANK with bleaching powder and rubbing inside surface of OHT with jute and wire brush including cleaning and washing the surface with water including operation of tubewell and valves if required as per direction of E/I including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for completion of wrok. No. 22.38A) 13 Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetations,grass, bush, wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1.0m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of UPPCL area cleared.
