Irrigation Department has published Tender For Culvert Reconstruction Work At Km 184.585 Of Lucknow Branch. - Earth work in Making Road DiversionBy Power transport with lead upto 5 Km including Excavation ,loading, unloading,Royalty ,dressing mechanicalcompletion to achive 98% density. 2 Earth work in strengthinig Of Bank with partial dressing lead upto 30 meters, lift upto 1.5 meters excluding Mechanical compaction but inclusive of manual compaction and dressing to profiles. 3 Demolishing Lime concrete Work manually/By mechanical means I/C stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material withint 50 metres lead as per direction of Eng-in- charge. 4 Demolishing brick work in Cement mortar manually/By mechanical means I/C stackingof unserviceable material withint 50 metres lead as per direction of Eng-in- charge. 5 Demolishing brick work in lime mortar manually/By mechanical means I/Cdisposal of unserviceable material withint 50 metres lead as per direction of Eng-in- charge. 6 Hiring & engaging Diesel Pumpof 5 H.P. with POL For Dewatering at site. 7 E/w in cutting in foundation of box Culvert / Guide wall on channelsincluding lead upto 30 M. And lift upto 1.5 M and disposal and back filling as per direction of engineer-in-charge. 8 Filling local sand including all cost of material, manual compaction, raming & watering ,Labour T&P etc complete. 9 Laying Plain CementConcrete (M -15) in foundation 1:2:4 with stone grie including cost of material, labour, T&p etc, complete. 10 Laying Plain CementConcrete (M -10) in foundation 1:3:6 with stone grid including cost of material, labour, T&P etc, complete. 11 Laying Reinforced CementConcrete (M25 A20) in foundation , wall, slab etc. in 1:1:2 with stone grit including cost of material, labour, T&p etc, complete. 12 Bending,Binding,Cutting and Placing in position reinforcement including all cost of labour and material T&P etc. required for porper completion of the work/MT. 13 Centring and shuttering For R.C.C. Work including rent of shuttering & all cost of labour and material T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work/M2. 14 Providing & Fixing 110 mm dia PVC drainage spouts complete in all respect including cost of allmaterial, labour and T&P etc. as per drawing 15 Class 150 Brick work in 1:3 CMincluding 3 M lift and 60 M lead including all cost of material, labour, T&P etc. complete. 16 Providing & Fixing 75 mm dia PVC weep holes complete in all respect including cost of allmaterial, labour and T&P etc. as per drawing 17 Providing & Fixing Bitumen Joint filer Board For Expansion Joints. 18 Struck Pointing in 1:2 cement and fine Sand mortar including all cost of material, labour, T&P etc complete. 19 Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm)( apex Ultima,wethercoat, all Gard) 20 Dry brick on end pitching including preparation of sub grade and filling joints with local sand including cost of Material,Labour T&P etc. 21 Dry brick on edge pitching including preparation of sub grade and filling joints with local sand including cost of Material,Labour T&P etc. 22 Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 23 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC and 4% cement (OPC) in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill)carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layersin sub-base / base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to100 KN weight toachive the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diverion etc as perTables 400.11 & 400.12and TechnicalSpecification Clause 406. 24 Providing and applying primer coat with SS 1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. 25 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. 26 Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6per centof mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects .
