Irrigation Department has published Tender For Work Of Renovation Of Service Road Between Km 12.920 To Km 15.850 Of Rajwaha Tikri. - Uprooting Jhunds. 2 Cleaning thick bushes and thorny jungle without uprooting 3 (WBM-2) Providing laying spreading and compacting stone agregates of specification sizes (63 mm to 45 mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rollding with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber MORD specification 405.2 4 (WBM-3) Providing laying spreading and compacting stone agregates of specification sizes (53 mm to 22.4 mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rollding with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber MORD specification 405.3 5 Providing and laying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-A) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the of 0.70-1.00 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 6 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using bitumen pressure distributer at the rate of 0.20-0.25 kg. per Sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 7 Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheele 80-100KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades complete all specified in Manual MORD technical specification clause 508 and as directed by the Engineer in charge.(Paver Machine) 8 Providing and laying seal coat by mannual means with 80/100 grade bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 by paver Machine 9 Earth work in filling by power transported earth with a lead of 200 m to 1.00 km including excavation, loading, unloading, manual compaction and dressing of the surface upto the required level & slope and all lift etc. complete. 10 Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications. .
