Irrigation Department has published Tender For Road Renovation Work On The Left Side Of Sarehari Rajbaha From Km 3.150 To Km 6.200. - Cleaning jungle inculding uprouting of trank vegetation grass, buss, wood, tries & saplings of girth up to 30 cm. measured at a height of 1 metres above ground level & removel of rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres out side the pariphery of area cleared. 2 Providing ,Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stonescreening to fill up the characterstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density. 3 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. 4 Earthwork in excavation including lead upto 30m & lift upto 1.5m, excluding mechanical compaction but including manual compaction and dressing to profile in road upto 1.5m height.As per IdDSOR-2021-22, Chap. -V, item-5(a) 5 Eding with straight over burnt bricks, laid dry length wise, including excavation, refilling, consolidation with a hand packing and spreading nearly, surplus earth within a lead of 50m. 6 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. 7 Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying with paver and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades complete as per MoRTH Technical Specification Clause 510 including All Cost of Labour,Material and T&P etc. required for proper completion of Work. 8 Providing and laying seal coat C Type sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall . 9 Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 500 gms per sqm area, thickess of 5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC-35-2015. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. . Last date of submission for this tender is 2025-09-30. This is a Road Work tender in Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh
