Irrigation Department has published Tender For Pothole Removal Work Of Canal Service Road Between Km 0.000 To Km 2.000 Of Rajwaha Right Bhola.(Lot-4) - Uprooting Jhunds. 2 Water Bound Macadam Grading - 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. (SI.No. 405.3) 3 Providing laying Prime coat With Bitumen emulsion (SS-A) onprepared surface of granular base inculding cleaning of road surfafe and spraying prime coatof 0.60 kg/sqm using mechnical means as technical Specification Clause 502 4 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using bitumen pressure distributer at the rate of 0.30 kg. per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503. 5 Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheele 80-100KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades complete all specified in Manual MORD technical specification clause 508 and as directed by the Engineer in charge. 6 Providing and applying seal coat by manual means with 80/100 grade bitumen sealing the voids in bitumens surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using type C as per technical Specification Clause 510. 7 Earth work in shoulder and pits by transported earth with a lead 200 m to 1.00 km including excavation, loading, unloading, manual compaction, dressing & all lift.
