Irrigation Department has published Tender For Renovation Of Left Side Bituminous Service Road Of Rampuri Dy.From Km 12.630 To Km 17.477For Year 2025-26In Distt. Saharanpur - Earth work in embankment in ordinary soil in 20 cm layer including ramming and dressing the surface to be required level and slope also including carriage of earth beyond 200 M up to work site with all lead and lift, complete as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting 53-22.4 mm stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.G-3 3 Brick lining on both side of the road of M-150 bricks 7 cm wide 11 cm deep, laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. SI. No. 765 as per direction of Engg-in-Charge 4 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) prepared on surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means.(Including cost of Emulsion) 5 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen V.G.-10 usingpressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom .(Including cost of Bitumen) 6 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 grade bitumen bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 508. 7 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510.(Including cost of Bitumen) 8 Providing & fixing signboard size 3x4 with Blue surface, edge & letter color oniron sheet etc. complete .
