From Km 13.650 To 15.760 - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density (.For Grading-II ) 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density (For Grading-III) 3 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 4 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared. 5 Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 510 6 Providing and laying of Hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 the fineshed surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes rates are inclusive of all taxes, royality etc. all T&P/ machine material and labour required for proper completion of work. .
