Of Division- Varanasidist.- Jaunpur (Depth Upto 50 M) - Construction of Piezometer 2 Transportation of DC/DTH Rig machine including cost of labour etc. complete. 3 Water supply charges for drilling work. 4 Drilling of 200 mm dia. bore well by DC Rig Machine including cost of labour, equipment etc. complete required for proper completion of work (for Alluvial Regions). 5 Supplyof 100 mm dia.Planecasing PVC pipe (as per market rate) 6 Supplyof 100 mm dia.ribbed screen casing PVC pipe (as per market rate) 7 Lowering of 100 mm dia. PVC Assembly including cost of labour etc. complete. 8 Providing & fixing of 100 mm dia. threaded PVC end cap. 9 Providing & fixing of 150 mm dia. MS pipe (confirming IS:1239) 10 Providing & fixing of MS clamp for holding of MS pipe. 11 Providing & fixing of MS square plate of size 200x 200 mm & thickness 6 mm including 4 nos. fasteners. 12 Providing & filling of Pea Gravel of size 2 mm to 4 mm dia. into bore well including cost of labour, material etc. required for proper completion of work. 13 Development of bore well by 3 HP submersible pump including cost of labour, material etc. required for proper completion of work. 14 Earth work in excavation in trenches for foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) size 1.6m x 1.6m x 0.16mincluding lift up to 1.50 mt and lead up to 50 mt (UPPWD Varanasi ref. code-251). 15 Providing & laying cement concrete of size 1.5m x 1.5m x 0.15m below CC block in ratio 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand (zone Ill) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) with ramming & dressing etc. complete work with all material, labour, T&P as required (UPPWD Varanasi ref. code-281). 16 Providing & laying of Cement Concrete block of in ratio 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarsesand : 4 graded stone ballast 20 mm nominal size ) as per Drawing, Design and site size 0.45m x 0.45m x 0.75mincluding all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completionof work(UPPWD Varanasi ref. code-284) 17 Fabrication & fixing of Security System as per design including cost of material, labour, etc. required for proper completion of work. 18 Fabrication & supply of angle Iron Sign board of frame size 1.20m x 0.90m x 1.95m with cross strip & beading of size 30 mm x 4 mm welded on frame of MS angle size 40x40x5 mm and MS sheet of 18 gauge as per drawing & design including all labour, material and T&P etc. complete. 19 Fixing of legs of sign board on cement concrete block of size 0.30m x 0.30m x 0.60m in ratio 1:3:6 as per drawing & design including all labour, material etc. complete. 20 Painting of angle iron sign board with double coat primer and enamel paint of black colour on frame both side and sky blue on MS sheet both side including all labour, material etc. complete. 21 Writing on angle iron sign board both sides of given matter with Post Office Red Colour Fluorescent Paint as per drawing and detail given including all labour, material etc. complete work. 22 Loading/Unloading & transportation of material, T&P including all labour etc. complete. 23 Tentage charges. 24 Reduce Level Survey work for fixing of Latitude, Longitude including all labour, T&P etc. as required. .
