Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority has published Tender For Resurfacing Of 6 Percent Abadi Plots In Village Tusiyana, Greater Noida. - 53mm to 22.4mm size Stone aggregate. (DSR-18/16.3.3) 3 Moorum (DSR-18/16.3.10) 4 Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications including spreading in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density (DSR-18/16.4) 5 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen class of VG-10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.50 Kg per sqm onthe prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (MORTH 503) 6 Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with Higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, Premixed with bituminous binder VG-30@4.50% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensorcontrol to the required grade, level, and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH & H Specification CLAUSE 505 complete in allrespects. ( Morth/505) 7 40mm compacted thickness with bitumen penetration of 60/70@ 4.50% by weight of total mix 8 Providing and laying Bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder CRMB-55 @5.40 Percent of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level, and alignment rolling with smooth, wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achive the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause 507 complete in all repects. ( Morth/AR/GNIDA) 9 30mm compacted thickness with bitumen peretration of CRMB-55@5.4% by weight of total mix. 10 Labour cess and GST will be paid extra as per Govt. orders. .
