Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation has published Tender For Repair And Painting Work Of Ward-71, Sanjay Nagar Ramlila Ground. - M-150 class brick work in 1:3 cement & coarse sand mortar etc all complete as the direction of engineer in charge. 2 12 mm thick plaster with cement and coarse sand of1.25 fineness modules in (1:4) over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm including supply of all material, labour, tools & plant etc required for proper completion of the work. (AS PER PWD SOR 2022 PAGE NO 36 SI NO 13.11 NEW ITEM ) 3 Providing wall putty on old surface with approved quality material of Berger/ J.K./Birla or similar make 2 coats.SOR 2022 ITEM N. 662 NEW ITEM 4 Finishing wall with two coat of water proof cement paint of approved quality on previously old treated surface with this paint to give an even shade including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plant etc. required for proper completion of the work. SOR 2022 ITEM N. 662 5 Painting roofs or other iron work in large areas with one coat priming and one coat of approved (above one Sq. Metre) paint (British antesol or equivalent) including supply of allmaterials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to beused should confirm the ISi SOR 2022 ITEM N. 644+645 6 S/L Wall Painting of etcall l complete as the direction of engineer in charge. 7 Supply & Laying of coarse sandetc all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge. 8 M.S. or iron work of small sizes and section such as holding down bolts, hold fast, tie rods grating etc. wrought to required from including supply of steel bolts, nuts wastage etc. and their fixing required for proper completion of the work.PWD SOR 2022 10.21 . 9 Earth Work in Embankment (lead upto 8 km) in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 m in depth earth work in embenkment to in 20 cm layers including remming and dressing the surface to required levels and slops also including 1.50 m lift and 30 m lead. The earth form cutting to be used in making in embekment or to be disposited and spoil banks with in 30 RMR 10 Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 11 S/L of stone ballast 22.4 to 53 mm size with stacking for measurment etc all complete as per the direction of engineer in-charge . AS PER PWD SOR 2020 RMR 12 Consolidation of stone aggregates of 45-63 mm/22.4-53mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2/3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. AS PER PWD SOR 2022 20.2.1 13 Laying of interlocking tiles of 60 to 80 mm thick including levelling and dressing of surface up to required laval andslopes filling joint with local sand including cost of labour etc all complete as per specification or direction by engineerin charge.
