Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation has published Tender For Drain Repair Work From Rajveer Singh House To Omi Chaudhary House In Ward-24, Mehrauli. - E/W in Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil etc all complete as the direction of engineer in charge.{ AS PER PWD SOR 2022 PAGE NO 15 SI NO 4.01 ITEM NO 251 (a).} 2 S/L P:C:C (1:6:12) with 40 mm gauge brick ballast ,fine sand of 1.25 f.m and cement in foundation and under floor including all materials, labour, tools, & plant etc all completed as per the direction of engineer - in - charge.{ AS PER PWD SOR 2022 PAGE NO 18 SI NO 5.01 ITEM NO 273 } 3 First class Brick Work in (1:4) cement & four coarse sand 2.20 F.M. morter in foundation and plinth and T&P etcall completed as per the direction of engineer - in - charge. (AS PER PWD SOR 2022 PAGE NO 20 SI NO 6.05 ITEM NO 305 (a) 4 12 mm thick plaster with cement and coarse sand of1.25 fineness modules in (1:4) over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm including supply of all material, labour, tools & plant etc required for proper completion of the work. (AS PER PWD SOR 2022 PAGE NO 36 SI NO 13.11 NEW ITEM ) 5 R.C.C work with cement ,approved coarse sand & 2cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors & windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending ,but including its fixing and binding wire including necessary cantering and shuttering etc .and supply of all materials, labour, tools& plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. the rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra etc all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.(AS PER SOR PWD 2022 SN.N. 5.16 ITEM N. 284) 6 S/F M:S (tor steel or plain) in plain work such as R:C:C or R:B work including bending for proper shape as necessary including bending for proper complition of the work and including supply of all steel & wasteage, bend, hooks, and authorised overlappinf shall be measured etc all complete.
