Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation has published Tender For Dens Dwar Road Repair Work Of Damaged Road From C-1 To C-12 In Ward 83 Shyampark Ex0. - S/S of 22.4mm to 53mm gauge stone ballast with stacking for measurment etc all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge (AS PER PWD SOR 2020 rmr) 2 Consolidation of stone ballast 3 S/L Tack coat of bitumen @ 0.30kg/m2 including heating the VG 10 bitumen spreaying the bitumen with mechanicalty operated sparay unit fitted on bitumen boiler & cleaning and prepairing the existing road surface etc all completed as per the direction fo engineer in charge (AS PER RMR) 4 Providing and laying dense graded bitumenous macdam with HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates from approved quarry of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired completion (Ref. to Mort&HSpecification no 507) 5 Providing and laying bituminous concrete with HMP crushed aggregates from approved quarry of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.4 per cent by weight of total mix and filles, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade level alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the sesired complaction (Ref. to Mort&HSpecification no 507) Adjustment for bitumen shall be done as per job mix formula 6 Road marking with hot thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including retro reflective glass including beads @250gm/sqm area (AS PER PWD SOR 2022 SI NO 22.02 NEW ITEM) .
