Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation has published Tender For Road Improvement Work By Patch From House No. 5/62 To House No. 3/66 In Ward 80 Rajendra Nagar Sector-02. - S/S of 22.4mm ti 53mm gauge stone ballast with stacking for measurment etc all complete as per as the direction of engineer in charge (AS PER PWD SOR 2020 rmr) 2 Consolidration of stone ballaste 3 S/L Tack coat of bitumen @ 0.30 kg/m2 including heating the VG 10 bitumen spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated sparay unit fitted on bitumen boiler & cleaning and prepairing the existing road surface etc all completed as per the direction of engineer - in - charge. (AS PER RMR) 4 Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macdam with HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates from approved quarry of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled. vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction (Ref. to Mort&HSpecification no. 507 ) Adjustment for bitumen shall be done as per job mix formula and e-in-c latter No 2651 Dt 27-07-12 for proper completion of work as per direction of engineer-incgarge including all labour,T&P,taxes , labour cess etc. complete. 5 Providing and laying bituminous concrete with HMP crushed aggregates from approved quarry of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.4 per cent by weight of total mix and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled. vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction (Ref. to Mort&HSpecification no. 507 ) Adjustment for bitumen shall be done as per job mix formula and e-in-c latter No 2651 Dt 27-07-12 for proper completion of work as per direction of engineer-incgarge including all labour,T&P,taxes , labour cess etc. complete. 6 GST .
