Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation has published Tender For Work Of Cc Road From Meerut Road To Councilor Residence In Ward 46, Duhai Village. - Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M. and lead upto 30 M. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplusearth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 M. from the foundation trenches. (Where machine can not reach/move).PWD SOR 2022 4.1.1 2 S/L P:C:C (1:6:12) with 40 mm gauge brick ballast ,fine sand of 1.25 f.m and cement in foundation and under floor including all materials, labour, tools, & plant etc all completed as per the direction of engineer - in - charge.{ AS PER PWD SOR 2022 PAGE NO 18 SI NO 5.01 ITEM NO 273 } 3 R.C.C work with cement ,approved coarse sand & 2cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors &windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending ,but including its fixing and binding wire including necessary cantering and shuttering etc .and supply of all materials,labour,tools& plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. the rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra etc all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.(AS PER PWD SOR 2020/283 a .) 4 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening ,cutting ,bending,placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level mild steel and medium tensile steel bars DSR 2023 ITEM N.5.22.1 5 Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable materialwithin 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.DSR 2023 16.83 6 Dismantling reinforced cement concrete or reinforced brick work including stacking of materials as directed by the Engineer-in- charge within a distance of 60 metre (200 feet). The earth form cutting to be used in making in embekment or to be disposited and spoil banks with in 30 .(AS PER PWD SOR 2022/231( a)+253 (a) S I NO-4.03. 8 S/L of stone ballast 22.4 to 53 mm size with stacking for measurment etc all complete as per the direction of engineer in-charge . AS PER PWD SOR 2020 RMR 9 Supply of screening material with stacking for measurmentetc all complete as per the direction of engineer in-charge .AS PER PWD SOR 2020 RMR 10 Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M 30(Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished incontinuous operation including provision of 11 less old tiles .
