Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation has published Tender For Repair work of 02 Nag Parking situated near Gate No. 02 of Swarn Jayanti Park situated in Indirapuram. - Removing of old interlocking tiles at all of comp. work 2 M150 brick work 1:4 cement & coarse sand mortar at all comp. work.305a 3 Supply of screening material with stacking for measurmentetc all complete as per the direction of engineer in-charge .AS PER PWD SOR 2020 RMR 4 Consolidation of stone aggregates of 45-63 mm/22.4-53mm size towater bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages toproper grade and camber, applyingand brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2/3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. AS PER PWD SOR 2022 20.2.1 5 S/L Tack coat of bitumen @ 0.30 kg/m2includinghe ting the VG 10 bitumen spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated sparay unit fitted on bitumen boiler & cleaning and prepairing the existing road 6 Providing and layingbituminous concrete with HMP crushed aggregates from approved quarry of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.4 per cent by weight of total mix and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled. vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction (Ref. to Mort&HSpecification no. 507 ) Adjustment for bitumen shall be done as per job mixformula and e-in-c latter No 2651Dt 27-07-12 for 7 Construction of cement concrete kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 20 grade PCC on M-10 grade foundation 150 mm thick, foundation having 50 mm projection beyond kerb stone, kerb stone laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as perClause 408. 8 Providing wall putty on old surface with approved quality material of Berger/ J.K./Birla or similar make 2 coats.
