Directorate Of Social Welfare has published Tender For For necessary arrangements in mass marriage1 item2 For necessary arrangements in mass marriage, the material which is mentioned in the conditions - Marriage Mandap/Resort/Wedding Lawn (including sofas for couples to sit, tables, waiters, guards, stage decoration) with seating for 10-10 persons per couple and their side and guests attending the event along with marriage/nikah of married couples. Arrangement of adequate space including open and closed areas for food and drinks, including cleanliness and sanitization. Food arrangements for each couple participating in the program and all the guests accompanying them - Matar Paneer, Mix Veg, Aloodam, Chole, Dal, Rice, Puri Kachori, Naan, Salad, Papad, Rasgulla etc. as required according to the season. Proper arrangements for welcome, hospitality and catering to all the honorable public representatives present in the program. Furniture (sofa, chair, mattress, chandelier etc.) and adequate lighting arrangements, including sound system, generator diesel, for seating of the couple, their family members and all the visitors participating in the program. After marriage/nikah, arrangements of pure sweet Bundi laddu of highest quality 1 kg per couple and breakfast and food etc. as per requirement for the chief/special guests attending the programme. If any other material or service is required on the day of the wedding ceremony, it will also be provided by the concerned firm. For which he will not be paid any extra..
