Directorate Of Social Welfare has published Tender For Materials Given As Gifts Under The Chief Ministers Mass Marriage Scheme - Laying and Jointing PVC Pipe. Heading2 1 05 photographs to the bride after her marriage along with an album (For Marriage - Jaimala Pheras, Sindoordaan, Kanyadaan with family and with selfie point; For Nikah - Joint photo of bride and groom with family at the time of signing, at the time of farewell with selfie point) Note - For this work, one photographer will be arranged for 25 couples. 2 Jaimala of 02 roses for marriage; Sehra of Bela/Jasmine flowers for Nikah. 3 Turban/Safa (for the groom) 4 Dakshina/remuneration for the priest and Maulvi for solemnizing the marriage. 5 Arrangement of German hanger for marriage ceremonies of 100 or more couples. (Presence of District Magistrate will be mandatory in the function if there are 100 or more couples in the function). If the number of couples is less than 100, the wedding ceremony will be held in the wedding pavilion/marriage hall. 6. Decoration (grand and attractive decoration of the stage and pandal). 7. 2 to 4 LEDs with large screens at the venue. 8. A grand and attractive entrance with floral decorations at the venue, on which a banner related to the event will also be displayed. 9. Arrangements for sound amplifier/sound box/microphone, electricity/lighting. 10. Banner for the stage with the name of the scheme, photographs of the Honorable Chief Minister of the State, Honorable Departmental Minister/Minister in-charge of the district, and the names of distinguished guests. 11. Arrangements for snacks for the bride and groom and 10 people each from their side (banana-2, samosa-2, burfi-1 piece, chips-50 grams, water bottle-500 ml, cold drink bottle-250 ml (sharbat/shikanji/tea/coffee-as per the season). Note: 20 packets of snacks will be distributed to the couple only at the time of their presence at the event. will be made available and drinking water stalls (Sarbat/Shikanji/Tea/Coffee - as per the season) should be made available. 12 Arrangements for food for the bride and groom and 10 persons each from their side (Dal Chawal, Roti, Pudi, Kachori, Dry Vegetable Mix, Paneer Vegetable Salad, Rasgulla/Cucumber/Halwa/Chowmein etc.). 13 5 kg Bundi Laddu each for the bride and groom which will be provided in a bamboo woven basket with a handle, tucked in a yellow colour transparent wrapper. 14 Separate baskets of dry fruits for the bride and grooms side (each containing 500 grams almonds, 250 grams walnuts, 250 grams makhana, 500 grams raisins and a dry coconut). 15 Arrangements for videography of the entire programme from the beginning till the end. 16 A big hoarding will be put up on the roadside at the venue. (In which eligibility of the scheme and the procedure for applying etc. should be mentioned) 17 Color printing and lamination of marriage certificate on hard paper. 18 For other miscellaneous arrangements such as refreshment/food arrangements for special guests, cultural programs etc. which are to be done compulsorily. 19 All the arrangements for the event as prescribed by Government Order No. 113/2025/1282/26-3-2025-1572678 dated 23.05.2025 will have to be made available. Other responsibilities given by the District Magistrate/Chief Development Officer/Purchase Committee will have to be discharged.
