Department Of Local Bodies has published Tender For CC road construction work from Vanshrajs machine to Vikramjeets Bagh in Ward No.12 - Construction of embankment with appoved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 30 . Transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300.1 and 300.2 as per technical specificationclause 301.5 cartage up to 5 Km. 3 Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarseaggrigate material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mic in place method with rotavator at O.M.C and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density for Grading 1 as per PWD specification. 4 Providing , laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53.22 4mm sizes to water bound macadam G-3 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/vibratory roller 80-100KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming reuuiste type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density for Grading 3 as per MORD specification. 5 Construction of un-reinforced, fowel jointed,plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement@400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS383. maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site. laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel 6 Supply and laying NP-hume pipe 7 Supply and fixing of granite board size 3x2 fee .
