Department Of Irrigation has published Tender For Renovation Of Metalled Road At Left Bank Of Inhauna Distributary From Km 1.120 To Km 2.605 - Cleaning thick jungle and thorney bushes without uprooting above 500 cusec 2 Earth work in road / embankment up to 1.50m hieght including lead up to 30m & lift up to1.50m including ramming, manual compaction and dressing to profile. 3 Brick edging on both side of the road of S.O.B. brick 8 cm .(3) wide and 12cm.(4.5) deep laid with mud motar all labour finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also i/c dressing and remaning the excavated earth i/c all labour, T&P sudries required for proper complation of work with material. 4 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53- 22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone dust to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical specification clause 405. 5 Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.00 Kg/ sqm using meahanical means as per Technical Specification 6 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical specifications Clause 503. 7 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness by paver finisher composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut back or emulsion to requied line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity finished to required level. 8 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A as per Technical specifications clause 510. .
