Department Of Irrigation has published Renovation Work Of Service Road From Km 5.000 To 5.800 Of Left Track Of Mai Mr. - Jungle clearance with cutting of sarpat etc. as per direction of Engineer in-charge 2 Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil (both side) for both pataries,withramming and dressing the surface, including 1.5 m lift and 30m lead including all labour T&P etc complete. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment as per direction of Engineer in-charge 3 Brick edging on both sides of the road with first class brickM-150, 8cm wide and 12 cm deep laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to required template and proper alignment as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work including labour, materials and T&P etc for proper completion of work. 4 Construction of Granular sub-base (Grade-1) by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achive the desired density complete as per Technical specification clause 401. as per direction of Engineer in-charge 5 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 45-63mm to Water Bound Macadam (G-2) specification including spreading in uniformthickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming Stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading-2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 6 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 53mm to 22.4mm to Water Bound Macadam (G-3) specification including spreading in uniform loose thickness hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, Stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting 7.50cm thickness to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. as per direction of Engineer in-charge 7 Providing and applying Primer coat withbitumen emulsion using bitumen emulsion pressure dristibutor at the rate of 0.70 Kg per sqm on the prepared bituminoussurface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical specification clause 502. as per direction of Engineer in-charge. 8 Providing and applying Tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using Bitumen emulsion pressure dristibutor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 Kg per Sqm on the prepared dry and hungary Bituminoussurface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503. as per direction of Engineer in-charge 9 Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base with paver finisher including mixing in a Hot Mix Plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by as per Technical Specification Clause 508. as per direction of Engineer in-charge 10 Providing and laying ofseal coat by mechanical means with VG- 10 Bulk bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using Type Bas per Technical Specification Clause 510. as per direction of Engineer in-charge 11 Providing and laying road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compoud 2.50 mmthick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms/sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface appliedglass beads as per IRC 35 -2015 the finished surface to be clean,level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per direction of Engineer in-charge .
