(Lot-11) - cleaning of thick jungle and thorny bushes without uprooting. 2 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface,mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 45-63 mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical specification clause 405 4 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53 mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical specification clause 405 5 Providing and appling primer coat with bitumem emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MORD technical specification clause 502 and direction of EIC 6 Providing and appling tack coat with bitumen VG-30 using bitumen pressor sprayer at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface treated with primer or previously painted surface and cleaned with hydraulic broom. as per MORD technical specification clause 502 and direction of EIC 7 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thick (compacted) composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates of approved quarry using bitumen (VG-30) to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant , laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat Type C as per MORD Technicalpecification Clause 508 and direction of Engineer-in-charge . 8 Providing and Laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface to the specified levels grade and cross fall using type c as per MORD technical specification clause 510 and direction of EIC 9 Earth work by power transport for a lead up to 1 km in shoulders, inner and outer slope of bank including excavation, loading and unloading, manual compaction and dressing including all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meetrequirement for completion of work. .
