Department Of Irrigation has published Tender For Renovation Of Pucca Service Road Of Sehgo Dy From Km 0.000 To 9.800 - Dry earth work in filling or embankment in repair of shoulder and filling cuts alongethe existing road including all lead, lift, labour, T&P manual compaction and dressing all complete the work. 2 Cleaning thick Jungle and thorney bushes without uprooting including its proper disposal, all labour and T&P required for proper completion of work. 3 WBM Grading-3Providing, Laying, Spreading and Compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (22.4 mm to 53 mm) from Kabrai site to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 8-10T static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening to fill-up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading-3. 4 Prime CoatProviding and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 to 1.0 kg per sqm using mechanical means. 5 Tack CoatProviding and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG 30 using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.35 to 0.45 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom. 6 20 mm thick Open-Graded Premix CarpetProviding, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness, composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using 60/70 grade Bitumen (VG 30), to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a HOT MIX PLANT, laying and rolling with a three wheel 8-10T static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat. 7 Seal CoatProviding and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type B. 8 P/L Brick edging by using over burnt brick 8 cm (3) wide laid lengthwise i/c excavation, refilling, consolidation, with a hand packing and spreading nearly surplus earth with a lead of 50m. i/c all material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work. .
