During dispatch: - 2.1 Loading the potato sacks directly from the cold storage rooms onto the truck. 2.2 Taking the potato sacks out of the cold storage chambers, opening them, spreading them out in the shed, turning them over twice for drying, sorting, and grading, and collecting any potatoes that have fallen from the sacks in the cold storage rooms during dispatch and putting them back into the sacks. 2.3 Sorting, grading, filling, weighing, stitching, sealing, and tagging the potatoes. 2.4 Loading the potato sacks from the shed onto the truck. 2.5 After the dispatch of seed potatoes, cleaning both chambers of the cold storage, all the floors of the pre-cooling area, and all the racks of floor A, and then properly arranging the racks..
