Any damage to the instrument/ accessories emerged due to mishandling by the personnel have to be borne by the service provider. The operation and maintenance can be done every day or either day or as per requirement. 1 4 The log book of the instrument / machines, results, requisition slips etc have to be maintained by the operator..
