No. Item Description 1 Cartage of following poles Store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca roadincluding the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends also including the work of dragging etc. and also including the cost of labour, T&P carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. (Dist. 0 to 50 Kms.). 2 PCC poles 8.5 Mtr. 3 ST pole 11 Mtr. 4 Cartage of line material viz Weasal Conductor, GI earth wire, Cross Arm, Angle, Channel, Insulator, Clamps & other line material from Store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends also including the work of dragging etc. and also including the cost of labour, T&P carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. (Dist. 0 to 50 Kms.). 5 Erection of single support including complete H.T/L.T fittings as per RESPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge including the cost of labour, T & P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 6 PCC poles 8.5 Mtr. 7 Erection of 11 KV line double pole on PCC/ST pole including the work of complete line as per RESPO norm manual and as per direction of Engineer Incharge including the cost of labour, T & P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 8 PCC poles 8.5 Mtr/ST pole 11 Mtr. 9 Installation & fixing of 11 KV TPMO 10 Laying , sagging, stringing, binding and jumpering etc. of old line conductor on the newly erected pole as per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer, including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 11 ACSR Weasal Conductor 12 LT 1X16+1X25 bunch conductor 13 Drilling and cutting of tee off channel, V cross arms, Top channel, cross bracing angle, MS garding angle, Dropper chanel. as per specification of UPPCL construction manual including including loading and unloading at the both ends. 14 Grouting of PCC/ST poles as per RESPO norms including cost of grouting material (cement: sand: brick ballast) size as per RESPO norms. This qty also includes the additional work of old & existing LT line which has to be converted into HT line. Presently the supports of old line do not have grouting. 15 PCC poles 8.5 Mtr/ST pole 11 Mtr. 16 Making the plinth of ST pole 11 Mtr. 17 Chopping of Tree Branches which are touching to 11 KV/LT lines. 18 Fixing of earthing rod as per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer including the cost of labour 19 Erection and grouting of stay set including the work of nozzling etc. as per RESPO manual and also including the cost of arrangement of all grouting material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work 20 Providing and fixing of stay insulator. 21 Safe carriage of transformer from Store Center or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends, including the work of dragging etc. and also including the cost of labour, T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. (Distance 0 to 50 Km.. 22 16/25 KVA T/F 23 63 KVA T/F 24 100 KVA T/F 25 Installation of extra “T”on the old erected poles wherever required alongwith all fitting as per direction of supervising engineer including the cost of labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. The “T”pole shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 including the cost of arrangement of cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast, stone pad etc. as per actual site requirement. 26 Safe carriage of LT distribution box (three phase) from store centre Sarsol to pit site including loading and unloading at both ends mounting and fixing on pole also by making connections as per RESPO norms. 27 Demounting & carriage of transformer from site to store including the work of its loading & unloading, dragging etc. and also including the cost of labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 28 63 KVA T/F .
