Dakshinanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited has published Various Work Under Deposit Scheme And Other Related Work Under Edd-I , Aligarh .-1 Cartage of following poles Store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends also including the work of dragging etc. and also including the cost of labour, T&P carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. (Dist. 0 to 50 Kms.). 2 PCC poles 8.5 Mtr. 3 ST poles 11 Mtr. 4 Cartage of line material viz Weasal Conductor, GI earth wire, Cross Arm, Angle, Channel, Insulator, Clamps & other line material from Store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends also including the work of dragging etc. and also including the cost of labour, T&P carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. (Dist. 0 to 50 Kms.). 5 Erection of single support including complete H.T/L.T fittings as per RESPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge including the cost of labour, T & P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 6 PCC poles 8.5 Mtr./ST pole 11 Mtr. 7 Erection of 11 KV line double pole on PCC/ST pole including the work of complete line as per RESPO norm manual and as per direction of Engineer Incharge including the cost of labour, T & P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 8 PCC poles 8.5 Mtr./ST pole 11 Mtr. 9 Laying , sagging, stringing, binding and jumpering etc. of old line conductor on the newly erected pole as per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer, including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 10 ACSR Weasal Conductor/GI Wire 11 ACSR Dog Conductor. 12 Drilling and cutting of tee off channel, V cross arms, Top channel, cross bracing angle, MS garding angle, Dropper chanel. as per specification of UPPCL construction manual including including loading and unloading at the both ends. 13 Grouting of PCC/ST poles as per RESPO norms including cost of grouting material (cement: sand: brick ballast) size 1500x450x450 mm). 14 Chopping of Tree Branches which are touching to 11 KV/LT lines. 15 Dismantling and removal of existing conductor from the various area preparing their coils and then stacking in the respective JE’s (Store) as per direction of Supervising Engineer. It includes the work of cartage, cost of labour, T&P carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 16 ACSR Weasal Conductor/GI Wire 17 Fixing of earthing rod as per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer including the cost of labour 18 Erection and grouting of stay set including the work of nozzling etc. as per RESPO manual and also including the cost of arrangement of all grouting material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work 19 Providing and fixing of stay insulator. 20 Safe carriage & installation of transformer from Store Center or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends, including the work of dragging etc. and also including the cost of labour, T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. (Distance 0 to 50 Km.. 21 25 KVA T/F 22 63 KVA T/F 23 100 KVA T/F 24 Safe carriage of Old line material viz. Conductor, G.I. Earth wire, ABC conductor, Cross Arm, Angle, Channel, Insulators, Clamps & other line material from any other place or from site of work to the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends including the cost of labour, T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 25 Demounting & carriage from site to Store of following capacity damaged transformer including the work of its loading & unloading, dragging etc. and also including the cost of labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 26 63 KVA T/F 27 Making the plinth of ST pole 11 Mtr. 28 Safe carriage of XLPE cable of size 3x70/120/185 Sq.mm. from store to respective site of work including loading unloading at both ends. 29 Laying of 3x70/120/185 Sq.mm XLPE Cable overhead the existing new pole by of lifting spreading the cable conducting all labour T&P etc. 30 Providing and filling of 3x70/120/185 Sq.mm. 11 KV XLPE heat shrinkable cable jointing kits outdoor/indoor type including the cost of labour T&P carrier etc for proper completion of work. 31 Installation of 11 KV CT-PT combined metering unit on double pole after fixing of channel with M.S. Clamps and nuts bolts for holding the channel angle etc. The unit body shall be earthed by connecting M.S. strip of size 1/8x1 finally connected to earthing rod of size 20mm x2540 mm. 11 KV line shall be connected to unit as per instructions of SDO/AE(M). The M.S. Strip & earth rod shall be included in the scope of work. 32 Safe carriage of CT/PT pole mounting unit of any other place or from site of work to the work of its laoding and unloading at the respective ends including the cost of labour,T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 33 Safe carriage of 11 KVA pilfer proof metering cubicle from store center, sarsol to site of work incuding loading and unloading at the both ends. Average distance approx 0km to 50km. 34 Erection and grouting of 11 KV Pilfer proof metering cubicle making connection with bus bar, tapping with empire tape with existing earthing. The the above work includes the cost of labour, T&P, carrier & material etc. required for proper completion of work except cost of 11KV VCBs. . Last date of submission for this tender is 2021-01-15.
