Dakshinanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited has published Tender For Strengthening of lines of various 11 kV feeders fed from 33/11 kV substation-Gadheva, Aside Choubepur, Shivrajpur IPDS and Uttaripura under Electricity Distribution Section, Choubepur, Kanpur, installation of poles between long spans and replacement of worn out XLPE cables under Business Plan 2024-25 (Part-II). (On semi turnkey basis) - 1 Carriage offollowing Materialfrom store center or from any other place to the respective site of work Distence up to 75 km through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends also including the work of its dragging etc. and also including the cost of labour, T & P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 2 11 Mtr STP 3 PCC Pole 8.5 Mtr Long 4 11 KV XLPE 3X120 SqMM 5 11 KV XLPE 3X185 SqMM 6 ACSR Raccoon Conductor 7 ACSR Weasel Conductor 8 Different Line Material ( XLPE Cable, LT ABC Cable, Conductor, X-Arm,Channel, Insulator , G.I. Wire , Stay wire & Rod, Earth Rod , DB BOX, DO Fuse Set etc.) 9 Supply & Erection of Following Material as per UPPCL/DVVNL/RESPO Norms and Standard/Related IS 10 Danger Board with Clamp as per RESPO Norms. 11 F Clamp 12 11 KV I/D & O/D cable jointing kit suitable for 3X120 SqMM 13 11 KV I/D & O/D cable jointing kit suitable for 3X185 SqMM 14 Holding Clamp with Nut & Bolt 15 Stone Pad 16 Guarding Angle 17 Guarding Angle Clamp 18 Barbaid Wire 19 Erection of Following Materialincluding the work of complete H.T. fittings as per RESPO manual and as per direction of engineer Incharge including the cost of labour, T & P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. (With proper Earthing.) 20 Erection of PCC Single Pole including the work of complete H.T. fittings as per RESPO manual and as per direction of engineer Incharge including the cost of labour, T & P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast In ratio 1:4:8 including the cost of arrangement of cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast, stone pad etc. as per actual site requirement. 21 Grouting of PCC Single Pole as per RESPO Norms ( Cement, Sand , Blast Stone with the ration 1:4:8 will be provided by contractor ) 22 Erection of S.T.P Single Pole including the work of complete H.T. fittings as per RESPO manual and as per direction of engineer Incharge including the cost of labour, T & P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast In ratio 1:4:8 including the cost of arrangement of cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast, stone pad etc. as per actual site requirement. 23 Grouting of STP Single Pole as per RESPO Norms ( Cement, Sand , Blast Stone with the ration 1:4:8 will be provided by contractor ) 24 Stay Set 25 Grouting of stay set as per RESPO manual and also including the cost of all grouting material, labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of work. 26 Laying of 11 KV XLPE 3X120 SqMMAs per respo manual & as per direction of engineer Incharge including the cost of labour, T & P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 27 Laying of 11 KV XLPE 3X185 SqMMAs per respo manual & as per direction of engineer Incharge including the cost of labour, T & P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 28 Laying, Sagging, Stringing, Binding and Jumpering etc. of ACSR Raccoon Conductor on the newly erected pole/ old poleas per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer. It includes the cost of labour, T & P, carries etc. required for proper completion of work. 29 Laying, Sagging, Stringing, Binding and Jumpering etc. of ACSR Weasel Conductor on the newly erected pole/ old poleas per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer. It includes the cost of labour, T & P, carries etc. required for proper completion of work. 30 Earthing Complete Body as per RESPO Norms 31 Guarding between two poles like single / double / Tri / Four Poles etc. to guard LT / 11 Kv / 33 KVLine, Road / River crossing ect. With G.I. wire 6 SWG and G.I. wire 8 SWGincluding fixing of guarding channel with clamp and Nut & Bolts etc. As per relevent drawing . 32 Dismantling of existing 11 KV / L.T. line and removal of all accessories & fittings from poles, re-rolling of conductor and proper stacking and Cartage of dismantled conductor & accessories from site of work to DVVNL, Store. .
