No. Item Description 1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m,as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil (DSR No.2.6.1) 2 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.(DSR No. 2.8.1) 3 Concrete with 4 cm gauge brick ballast obtained from breaking brick bats (brick bats supplied by the department free of cost) in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundation and under floors and supply of all materials, labour, and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work (NSI) 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (DSR No. 4.1.) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)(DSR No. 4.1.3) 5 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (DSR No. 4.1.) 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). (DSR No. 4.1.8) 6 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : (DSR No. 5.1) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (DSR No. 5.1.2) 7 Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :(DSR No. 5.2) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)(DSR No. 5.2.2) 8 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources). (DSR No. 5.3) 9 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form forFoundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete. (DSR 5.9.1) 10 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form forlintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers. (DSR 5.9.5) 11 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form forcolums, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts. (DSR 5.9.6) 12 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. (DSR No. 5.22A.6) 13 Add for plaster drip course/ groove in plastered surface or moulding to R.C.C. projections(DSR No. 5.30) 14 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (Non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (DSR No. 6.1.1) 15 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) (DSR No. 6.1.2) 16 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : (DSR No. 6.4) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (DSR No. 6.4.1) 17 Brick work in foundation & plinth with old dismantledbricks (supplied by department free of cost) and coarse sand mortar in 1:6 including supply of all other materials, labour, removing mortar & cleaning of old & used bricks,T&P etc complete.(CSI No. 6.18) 18 Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoising, fixingh in postion and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (DSR No. 10.2) 19 Dry brick on edge flooring in required pattern with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm mud mortar, including filling joints with sand, with common burnt clay non modular bricks.(DSR No. 11.2) 20 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. (DSR No. 11.3)40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate (DSR No. 11.3.1) 21 12 mm cement plaster of mix : (DSR No. 13.4) 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) (DSR No. 13.4.1) 22 Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge. (DSR No. 15.3) 23 Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge..
