Central Reserve Police Force has published Tender For Repair Works Of 120 Men Barrack No 05.; 1 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) 2 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) 3 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 4 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC(Volatile Organic Compond) content less than 50 gram/liter, of approved brand and manufacturer including applying additional coats whereever required to acgieve even shade and colour. Old Work (One or more coat) 5 Removing dry and old distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs toscratches etc complete 6 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work 7 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface 8 Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. .
