Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited has published Bids Are Invited For Preventive Maintenance Is An Off-Line Maintenance Of The Equipment Without Disturbing Normal Laboratory Operation; 1. Checking the general operation & operating condition of the equipment. 2. Calibration of the equipment and submission of calibration report. Calibration of Instrument to be done at site and calibration certificate to be provided in every visit. 3. General healthiness checks of various important components and cards: Service Engineer will check general healthiness of the equipment using his service tools according to servicing procedure 4. Replacement of defective parts. : As per requirement if any part is to be replaced and subject to availability of the part 5. After completion of servicing, service engineer will demonstrate the performance of the equipment to the satisfaction. 6. Report: A detail report on jobs carried out, observations and recommendations to be submitted by the vendor upon completion of each visit. 7. The vendor shall also offer suggestions for better performance of the equipment. 8. Contract shall be made for 3 years AMC and Purchase order on yearly basis shall be provided to the vendor .
