Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sq.m. over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sq.m. of approved brand and manufacture2.Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sq.m. over an under coat of primer appiied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sq.m. of approved brand and manufacture.3.Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications: Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sq.m. over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr/10 sq.m.4.Removing white or color wash by scraping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. completed5.Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead.6.Providing & laying 25mm to 30 mm thick lime plaster in mortar ratio of 1:1:1 (1 Lime: 1 Surkhi: 1 Coarse sand) mixed with bailgiri, gum, molassis etc. complete.lete.7.Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.8.Provision for providing making platform and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 meter height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner with 40mín dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 meter center to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc., wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.9.Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge10.Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).
