Archaeological Survey Of India has published Tender For Repairs To Boundary Wall Of Mehtab Bagh, Agra; 1 Provision for Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. (Rate Including GST as per Rule). 2 Taking out Old M.S. iron grill of size (1.50m x 1.10m.) of make 40x40x5mm size angle iron grated with 12mm square bar and stacking in suitable place and refixing after repairing and replacement of damaged part with new one. (Rate Including GST as per Rule). 3 Removal of cement concrete by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. (Rate Including GST as per Rule). 4 Removal of brick work in cement mortar by manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Rate Including GST as per Rule). 5 Earth work in excavation by manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. (Rate Including GST as per Rule). 6 Surface dressing of the ground all kinds of soil including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. (non modular) tile bricks of class designation 10 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand). (Rate Including GST as per Rule). 8 Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering andinishing:1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). (Rate Including GST as per Rule). 15 Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including Supply, fixing & repairing of (40x40x5)mm size angle iron & square bars 12mm of M.S. grill fencing and Gate including cutting fabricating welding etc. required for complete of work as per direction of Site In-Charge. (Drawing Attached) (Rate Including GST as per Rule). 16 Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq. mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre as per direction of site incharge. (Rate Including GST as per Rule). 18 Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. (Rate Including GST as per Rule). 19 Disposal of building rubbish / malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
