South Central Railway has published Supply Of table top sieve shaker along with test sieves, cap and bottom collector. the heavy mild steel plate welded & body painted. the motor actuates a mobile eccentric weight, thus producing vibratory motion on the sieve table. for free movement of platform it is mounted on helical springs. the shaker has a uniformly variable resistance for speed control and timer for setting sieving periods. the shaker accommodates up to six nos. 8-inch dia, standard test sieve of 2-inch height, supplied with test sieves having size 850-micron, 600 micron, 425-micron, 212 micron and 3.35 mm with cap and bottom collector (brass). make: bti or equivalent. note: firm should submit test sieves along with nabl calibration certificate,.
