Ordnance Factory has published Tender For Incidental Periodical Services In Estate And Factory Area At Ofmk.; 1 PLASTERING :Rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on walls, ceilings, chajja, roof or window overhangs, parapets etc. for height upto 6m) including provision of border and creation of raised portions etc. complete all as specified. 2 WALL PUTTY :Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth. 3 REMOVAL OF OLD PAINT : Complete removal of existing treatment using wire brush etc. on previously treated walls including all as specified and directed. 4 WHITEWASH OF WALLS : M&L : White washing on fair faced walls - previously treated surfaces incl. preparation of surfaces - ONE coats complete all as directed. 5 WHITEWASH OF CEILINGS : M&L : White washing on fair faced ceilings - previously treated surfaces incl. preparation of surfaces - ONE coats complete all as directed. 6 OBD ON WALLS : M&L :Distempering walls with distemper oil emulsion(1 coats) including preparation of old surfaces, colour matching with existing colour or as specified.
