All relevant licenses for VPN Concentrator Solution, update and upgrades required must be included. It includes all software/hardware/components,licenses, annual subscriptions, support per annum and NBD as per the scope of the project, technical specifications, terms and conditions given in the tender.This Line item is for Second year AMC. This line item will cover whole one year.
