site as directed by the Engineer in charge including all Labour charges, Lead, Lift, T&Ps etc., complete. 2 Check Survey and pit marking of various tower locationinlcuding hire charges for theodolite instrument, cost of all materials labour, lead,lift etc complete. 3 Earth work excavation for foundation in hard gavel soil, shift black cotton soil, murram, gravel, stoney,earth and earth mixed with small size boulders with hard gravelly soil including initial lead of 10 m and lift of 2 m etc., complete. 4 Earth work Excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 metre and lift of 2 metre insoft disintegrated rock, laterite soft rock or kankar not requiring blasting including all leads, lifts etc., as per standard specification complete. 5 Earth work Excavation and deposting on bank with initial lead of 10 metre and initial lift of 2 metre in medium rock and dense medium rock not requiring blasting including all leads, lifts etc., as per standard specification complete 6 GI ‘B’ class pipe and refilling with excavated earth mixed with salt and charcoal and connect the earth strips with the legs of the stub including cost of pipe refilling earth, fixing charges transport lead, lift, labour,etc., complete. 15 Plastering the Chimney portion upto 0.45 mwith CM 1:3, 12mm thick including all cost of shuttering charges lead lift curing labour materials etc complete 16 Supplying and erection of towers with square cross, Bolt & nuts, tightening and punching of bolts & nuts, final checking including all lead lift etc., complete. including charges for rectification of tower parts if any including Tools & Plants all labour, lead, lift, etc., complete. 17 Tack welding of all bolts and nuts in the erected towers from ground level to the cross arm bottom level in the tower including painting of bolts and nuts with two coats of best quality of cold galvanised paint having atleast 90% zinc content and approved by the Engineer at site including cost of paint and all other materials hire charges for diesel generator and welding transformer all labour transport charges etc complete. 18 Providing temporary guysat the time of releasing and lowering and stringing of power conductor and earth wire etc., rough sagging and single tensioning with necessary excavation of pits fixing rails etc., and dismantling stay after completion of work including major & minor T&Ps steel ropes with all labour lead liftas per standard specification etc., complete. 19 Releasing and lowering of 6 Nos Panther conductor & 1No earth wire including cost of major & Minor T&Ps, labour, lead lift etc complete. 20 Lowering and dismantling of existing single suspension insulators with fittings and devolution to stores including cost of all materials, Labour charges, Lead, Lift, T&Ps etc., as per standard specification complete. 21 Transport and hoisting of 120 KN antifoc/Ordsingle tension insulators of 8 units including all cost of labour lead lift T & P etc complete. 22 Transport and hoisting of 90 KN antifoc/Ordsuspension insulators of 7 units including all cost of labour lead lift T & P etc complete. 23 Transport of6 Nos. of Panther conductor, paving out, jointing, rough sagging, tensioning, clipping, providing vibration dambers for tension locations including giving jumber connection for power conductor including transport charges, loading unloading lead lift etc complete. 24 Transport of 1 No. earthwire of7/3.55mm, paying out, jointing, rough sagging, tensioning, including giving jumber connection including transport charges, loading unloading lead lift etc complete 25 Painting with anticorrosive black paint, two coats on the tower legs upto 1 mtr height from chimney coping including all cost of materials lead lift etc complete. 26 Supplying and fixing of Name board of size 0.750 x 0.450mm using 18 gauge MS sheet with 25x25x3mm MS angle frame painting with approved enamel painting two coats over primary coat and lettering as directed by Engineer at site, including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete as per standard specification. 27 Labour charges for fixing of Number plate, wherever necessary including all lead, lift, etc., complete 28 Labour charges for fixing of Danger boardand phase plate wherever necessary including all lead, lift, etc., complete 29 SGST to be quoted in Percentage
