Tamil Nadu Transmission Corporation Limited has published Labour charges towards erection ofrepaired 1 no.16 MVA, 110/11 KV, APEX make Power Transformer bearing Sl.No.T969/04, YOM:1996 released from 110 KV AnuppankulamSS and allotted to110KV PallikaranaiSub station towardsenhancement of existing 110/11KVPower transformer capacity from 2x16 MVA,110/11KVinto 3x16 MVA at Pallikaranai 110/33 - 11 KV SS in Chennai EDC/South -II. => Limited; 1 Labour charges for earthing of 16 MVA, Power transformer tank and netural at 2 points, Marshalling box, DM box,Cable box,RTCC panel,etc.,( including cost of MS flat supplied by the contractor) 2 Labour charges for earthing of cooler fans and oil pumps of Power transformers upto 16 MVA capacity using bare copper wires including cost of copper wires (min 10/12 SWG) 3 Labour Charges for erection of power transformer with turrets all accessories like HV/LV Bushings, cable termination box, cooler bank A frame, marshalling box, cooler control cubicle, RTCC panel, radiators , conservator,oilPipelines ,fans,Pumps and all accessories which ever is necessary for successful commissioning of transformer including crane charges 4 Labour charges for transformer oil filtration in main tank and OLTC (hot oil circulation) and circulation of oil till satisfactory results are obtained. 5 Labour charges for Filling of Transformer oil into Power transformer through Filter machine. 6 Fixed charges for provision of transformer oil filter machine of required capacity with oil test kit, IR value tester, required length of suppply cable and other tools & plants. 7 Labour charges for gland work of control cables including the cost of glands - 15/16 mm 8 Labour charges for gland work of control cables including the cost of glands - 19 mm 9 Labour charges for gland work of control cables including the cost of glands - 25 mm 10 Labour charges for gland work of control cables including the cost of glands - 32 mm 11 Labour charges for termination of control cable in power transformer, Marshalling box, DM box, LV panel, Annunciator panel and RTCC panel. 12 Labour charges for providing skilled man power during bushing CT Testing, pre commissioning testing and commissioning of the Power Transformer. 13 (a) Supply and provision of M8,M9,M10,M12, & M16full thread GI bolt &nuts & washers GIvarious sizes for wherever required and as dircted by thefIeld Engineer 14 Labour charges for Erection of 75 mm busbars with bends (Under LC Condition) 15 Supply, Transport, loading and unloading of MS flat (65x10 mm) for earth mat and earth raiser (50x8 mm) including the cost of all materials, transport, labour,lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the dept.engineer at site. 16 Labour charges machineries, consumables for erection of earth mat as directed by the field engineer at site. 17 Labour charge for laying control cables in trench/duct including bunching, alu tag identification upto 8 core 18 Labour charges for painting including supply of branded aluminium paint for 16MVA 110KV class 19 Labour charges for making panel cutout and mounting of differntial relay or any other auxillary relays annunciator, facia type etc in RTCC panel or other panels using panel cutter 20 Hire charges for transportation of empty oil drum (upto 100KMs) 21 Supply and providing of MCB/ contactor 110V,9A 22 Supply andErection of LV cablesupport structure with extended arms to bushings. 23 Transport Vehicle 2 Trip/days for control cable and bus bar .
