Tamil Nadu Transmission Corporation Limited has published Modification of existing 1 no. 100MVA transformer plinth to accomodate 160MVA power transformer -II and allied civil works for the Enhancement of existing 230/110KV auto transformer capacity from 1x100 MVA to 1x160 MVA at Oragadam 230/110KV SS.; 1 Engaging JCB for levelling the ups and downs of the location for making of foundation including cost of all labour, transport, T&P, lead lift etc., complete as directed by the department engineer at site. 2 Earth work excavation soil and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m in Hard gravelly soil, stiff clay, block cotton,gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulder etc., completeincluding cost of all materials lead lift etc complete as directed by the department engineer at site. 3 Dismantling of existing RCC transfomer gantry including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour charges, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the department engineer at site. 4 Dismantling of the existing brick work transformer gantry including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour charges, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the department engineer at site. 5 Dismantling of existing PCC plinth including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour charges, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the department engineer at site. 6 Providing and laying Sand filling for foundation and basement layer not more than 15cm thick including cost of labour, transport, consolidation, lead and lift etc., complete as per standerd specification and as directed by the department at site. 7 Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 using 20 mm HBG stoneincluding cost of all materials, labour, transport, curing, lead, lift etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by the dept. Engineer at site. 8 R:C:C1:1.5:3 using 12 to 20mm HBG metal including cost of all materials, transport, lead, Lift, labour, for laying concrete curing etc., complete as directed by the department engineer at site. Without form work 9 R.C.C. 1:1.5:3 using 12- 20mm metal withform work using steel centering for soffits of reinforced cement concrete slabs or plain surfaces including stutting up to 3m high, using M.S. Sheets of size 90cm x 60cm. and B.G.10 guage, stiffened with welded M.S. angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm. (spaced at about 90 cm c/c) and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm. dia (spaced at 75cm c/c) complying with standard specification including cost of all materials,transport, curing, labour, lead, lift etc. complete.as per standard specification as directed by the dept. Engineer at site. 10 R.C.C. 1:1.5:3 using 12- 20mm metal for Wall withform work using steel centering for soffits of reinforced cement concrete slabs or plain surfaces including stutting up to 3m high, using M.S. Sheets of size 90cm x 60cm. and B.G.10 guage, stiffened with welded M.S. angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm. Engineer at site. 12 Removal of surplus earth wherever necessary filling at low laying area in the yard including transport upto 5 KM away from the site, loading and unloading, labour, transport,lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the department engineer at site. 13 Supplying and providing110 lbs rails in transformer plint and labour charges for fixing in correct position and aligenmentas directed by dept.Engineer at siteincludingcost of Rail, cutting charges , transport to site, labour, lead, liftetc. Complete as directed by the department engineer at site. 14 Providing steel reinforcement for all RCC works including cost of all materilas steel, binding wire, labour, lead, lift,cutting, bending, typing and binding and placing in positionetc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the department engineer at site. 15 Providing Anchor / Grip rod for foundation in the plinth surface with drilling of 20 mm dia holes and fixing fo 20 mm dia RTS rod 1.5m length inside the holes and 1m length out side the holes with L shape bending including cost of all materials, labour, transport, curing, lead, lift etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by the dept. Engineer at site. 16 Plastering in CM 1:312 mm thickincluding cost of all materials, transport, curing, labour, lead, lift etc. complete.as per standard specification and as directed by the dept.
