By Engaging Trained Skilled Employee Under Expert Guidance Of Technical Staff Including Cost Of Service Charges With Following Specification. The Maintenance Services Shall Be Conducted During The Normal Working Hours At Regular Intervals And As Frequently As The Company Thinks Necessary, Having Regard To The Age, Nature And Condition Of The Elevator, A Technician To Systematically Inspect, Adjust And Lubricate The Parts Of The Elevator To The Extent Necessary To Maintain The Elevator In Satisfactory Working Order.
