Southern Railway has published Supply Of gi hot dip perforated type cable tray , gi hot dip perforated type cable tray wall/roof mountable of dimension (width 450 mm, height 50mm, minimum thickness of 2.0 mm) along with two nos. coupler plate each si de of tray and minimum o8 set of nut-bolts & washers for coupling of one tray to other tr ay. the tray is to be supplied along with all the required accessories for wall mounting su ch as support brackets, nut-bolts, washers, fasteners & clamps etc. width of support brac ket shall be minimum 500mm so that tray can be mounted at a distance 50mm from wall. the quantity of support bracket and associated accessories should be suitable for supporting & mounting of cable-tray at a distance of 2 meter or less, support brackets, coupler plates , nut-bolts & washers, fasteners & clamps etc, shall be of either stainless steel (ss) or hot- dip galvanized iron (gi). galvanizing hot dip shall be as per is 2629/4759 for cable tray and a ssociated accessories [quantity tolerance (+/-): 5 %age , item category : normal , total po value variation permitted: max 8 lacs ] ].
