Southern Railway has published Supply Of supply of various sizes of part finished bolts with nuts for x class locos. , supply of various sizes of part finished bolts (166 nos) with nuts (180 nos) for assembling of frame mountings of x class locomotives as per an nexure-a. note: 1. item 01 to 18 consists of 01 set 2. railway inspection authority shall collect randomly 13 nos of sample test pieces at firm premises before machining for material testing. the 13 nos sample is excluded of the demanded quantity. 3.nut should be supplied in assembled condition. nut should not sla ck with bolt. 4.nut shall be of make/brand- tvs (or) dfl (or) unbrako (or )tuff. [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of delivery ] ] , supply of various sizes of part finished bolts (154 nos) with nuts (154 nos) for assembling of horn stay and horn block mountings of x class loc omotives as per annexure - b. note: 1. item 01 to 14 consists of 01 set 2. railway inspection authority shall collect randomly 08 nos of sample test pieces at f irm premises before machining for material testing. the 08 nos sample is excluded of the demanded quantity. 3. nut should be supplied in assembled conditio n. nut should not slack with bolt. 4.nut shall be of make/brand- tvs (or) dfl (or) unbrako (or )tuff. [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of deliver y ] ] , supply of various sizes of part finished bolts (167 nos.) with nuts (167 nos.) for assembling of adhesion cylinder, rack cylinder and suspension bracket mountings of x class locomotives as per annexure -c. note: 1. item 01 to 26 consists of 01 set 2. railway inspection authority shall collect randomly 1 3 nos. of sample test pieces at firm premises before machining for material testing. the 13 nos. sample is excluded of the demanded quantity. 3. nut should be supplied in assembled condition. nut should not slack with bolt. 4. nut shall be of make/brand- tvs (or) dfl (or) unbrako (or )tuff.
