Including all initial lead and other labour charges. 4 Earth work for drainto required depth, either by cutting and disposal of excavated soil to areas of fill or by filling with earth suitable for filling brought from areas of cutting or borrow pitsin all kinds of soils except rock requiring blasting 5 Conveyancethe excess earthorearth notsuitable forrefilling, dumping and spreading, levellingof thesame at places ofdump approved by departmental officersandasdirected including lorry hire charges, labourfor loading, unloading, spreading, leveling, making approaches for areas of dumpsetc., complete. 6 Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement,four sand and eightaggregate ) using 40mm gauge hard brokengranite stone jelly for All CC items of workexcludingcentering, shuttering, and cost of reinforcement grill but including curing finishing etc.,complete fixtures in CC works wherever necessary as directedby departmental officer etc., complete. 7 Centering with steel centering for revetment, drain and culvert upto 1.20m depth using MS sheet of size 0.90X0.60m 10 gauge thick and stiffened with MS L angle wood runners of size 0.075 X 0.05 three rows with support by casurina pullys 0.075 cm at 0.45 m length including cost of nails etc., Area. 10.80 sq.mtr (upto 4 Feet) 8 Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (one cement, three fine aggregates and six coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification 9 Wall plastering for using cement mortar 1:5(One part of cement,five parts ofsand byvolume) thickness 12 mm (average) for all internal/external surfaces for drains etc.,finishedsmoothlyto one levelincludingcuring etc., complete,at all leads and at all heights. 10 Supply and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m high for plane surfaces such as RCC slabs in all floor with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm X 25 X 3mm for boarding laid over country wood joinsts of size 10cm X 6.50 cm spaced at about 90cm C/C and supports by Causrina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm C/C etc., completed as directed.
