Military Engineer Services has published Tender For Periodical Services To Certain Married And Otm Buildings At Zone A And Zone B Area Under Ge (I) (Cg) Chennai.; 1 M&L for preparation of old decorative plastered or un plastered surface of walls including pilasters and cornices etc brooming down by using steel wire brushes scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white washing complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L for preparation old plastered surfaces plastered and applying one coat of white wash on ceilings all as specified and as directed. 3 M&L for Preparation of old decorated plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls including pilasters and cornices etc by brooming down or using steel wire brushes with scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of Oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed. 4 Material and labour for 1.5 mm thick Wall Care Putty including cleaning the wall surface with the help of sand paper, putty blade or wire brush and then apply 1st coat on moistened surfaceand after surface dried , rub gently with wet sponge, then allow the surface dry for 3 hours and similarly apply second coat and leave for 10-12 hours and finally rub with very fine emery paper to get glossy surface complete all as specified and as directed. 5 M&L for Preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces as of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed. 6 M&L for Preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying onecoats of synthetic enamel painting complete all as specified and as directed. 7 M&L for preparation of old decorative plastered or un plastered surface of walls including pilasters and cornices etc brooming down by using steel wire brushes scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. 8 M&L for Preparation of old plastered or un plastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pilasters etc and applying one coat of cement base paintcomplete all as specified and as directed 9 Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls,etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed. 10 M&L Rendering 15 mm inCM (1:6) mm thick on other than fair faces of brick wall or stone masnory and finished even and smooth without using extra cementcomplete all as specified and as directed. 11 M&L for Rendering 10 mm inCM (1:4) mm thick on other than fair faces of brick wall or stone masnory and finished even and smooth without using extra cementwith WPC complete all as specified and as directed.(Note : WPC measured and paid separately). 12 Supply only Integral waterproofing compound. 13 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls including pilasters and cornices etcand Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturers specification. complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls including pilasters and cornices etc and applying of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over surfaces all as specified and as directed. 15 M&Lfor Removal of plantgrowth by injection with chemical glyphospate solution ( 4 % conceneration ) of 20ml or till refuse by cutting or injection in stem of plants or roots at 30mm deep. The area shall then be sprayed with solution 25ml glyphosphate ( 4% concent) dulited with 1 ltr of water. All roots / plants shall be removed completely and making good with cement concrete/mortar and finished the surfaces matching to existing surfaces of wall / floorwith acrylic paint all as directed by EIC.etc sectional area exc 0.10 Sqm and not exc 0.20 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed. 16 M & Lfor preparation of old decorative plastered or un plastered surface of walls including pilasters and cornices etc brooming down by using steel wire brushes scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying two coatstextured exterior paint of required shade applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed. .
