Integral Coach Factory has published Supply Of control arm set for lhb bogies , one coach set of (1)control arm lower right to drg no.aaa02028 altd - 4 n os, (2)control arm lower left to drg no. aaa02027 altd - 4 nos, (3)contorl arm upper to drg no aaa02026 altj - 8 nos. (these three items form one set) special condition : 1. each ite m to be properly wrapped in biodegradable transparent plastic sheet to avoid water ingress. 2. the ite ms should be separated by using suitable eco friendly cushioning material to protect machined portion from damage & rubbing. 3. all machined surface shall be protected from corrosion as per rcf spec. m d.44121 dt.19.04.2011(para 1). 4.items to be stacked properly in sturdy wooden boxes, which can be handled by fork lift/crane. 5. control arm upper 8nos. in one box and control arm lower 8 nos. (4 left a nd 4 right) in one box. 6. label with details of description of item, drg. no., quantity, po no., pl no., a nd name of the supplier, etc., to be affixed on the pallet. infrastructure requirements shall be as per mdts-241 rev.02 [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of delivery ] [quantity tolerance (+/-): 5 %age , item category : normal , total po value variation permitt ed: max 8 lacs ] ].
