Indian Army has published Bids Are invited for Man Power - Outsourcing services for housekeeping and conservancy services to MES assests complete by providing safaiwala 02 Nos in the office of GE (M) NAS Arakkonam and GE(P) Arakkonam complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Minimum 02 (Two) safaiwala for day to day work in all weather conditions with necessary tools etc. except sundays and holidays for one shift of 08 hours duty per day.Note: Safaiwala (Conservancy staff) Min-02 Nos (Two) shall be provided per day and conservancy services shall encompass. (i)Brooming and mopping the floor using floor cleaner. Broom and cloth including cobweb if any and freshening the room with room freshener.(ii)Cleaning of bathroom and lavatory using phenyl and harpic.(iii) Cleaning of roof top using broom stick and steel wire brush and removing the dry leaves and dust including debris if any.(iv)Maintenance of office lawns including watering, trimming of plants/shrubs and removing unwanted fallen leaves/other materials and keeping the surroundingsneat and tidy.(v) Cleaning of roads/road berms/parking area /open area using broom stick and diposing all the garbage in garbage bin.(vi) The quoted rates to be inclusive of the rates of consumables to be brought as per minimum consumption given in PS clause No.5b (iii)(vii) duties will be assigned by Eng-in-Charge with specific combined area , Man power 1 - Outsourcing services for providing 05 (five) Nos Photo copier operator (Ferro Printer/Duftry/Peon/MTS) (3 Nos for GE (M) NAS Arakkonamand 2 nos for GE (P) Arakkonam) having minimum 03 years experience in handling and operating photocopy machine etc. Inluding minor repairs for day to day works in all weather conditions except sunday and holidays all as specified and as directed to work for 08 hours duty per day. The minimum qualification should be 10+2 or equivalent and should be well conversant to official language ie. Hindhi, English and Tamil. He / She should have knowledge of operating .
