Hindu Religious And Charitable Endowments Department has published Tender For Tirupanni Work To Arulmigu Arunchaleswarar & Varadaraja Perumal Temple; 1 Scaffolding charges for Vimanans andgopurams with casurina posts coconut or plamtrees wherever necessaryfor main, form work and providing with Non Flamable Shaded coverings, providing ladder arrangements, country wood plant for working, inspection etc, complete hire charges only for erection, maintenance and removing the same on completion of the work1 sq,ft. 2 For Vimanam Upto 150 3 For Vimanam Upto 250 4 For Vimanam Upto 500 5 Scraping the decayed lime plaster from the surface of Vimanams and Gopurams, carefully including isolated bricks or brickwork without demaging the vari vargams, racking out the joints, cleaning the surface with water, includinng all working in heights, hire charges for special tooks, brushes complete superficial area including all folds - 100sft. 6 For Kalkaram 7 For Vimanam / Gopuram Upto 50 Height 8 Providing Water wash and appropriate methodology to restore the originalities of the existing Granite structures inclusive of necessary scaffolding charges, conveyance and all hire charegs for all tools and plants and clearing the site after completeion of work etc., complete. 9 Pointing the cut stone joints with Lime Mortor1:1.5including cost of special tiles such brush and watering, curing etc complete, as per standard specifications.The lime used should be sourced from Pollachi which is highly iron fortified and suitable for structural and masonry works. 10 Providing Vargapoochu over the corewalls of Vimanams / Gopurams, with Lime Mortor1:1.5 complete including shaping the mukhapathram, mahanasi, Koodu all ornamentals works to proper shape by embedding broken bricks of shaped/chiseled bricks, rough-plasteringwith Lime Mortor1:1:5and finishing with final ornamental plastering and nayam theervani including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour therefore, lifting of materials, all working in heights, curing with water etc, complete including all extra for folding and including clearing from the vimanams/gopurams 100sft superficial area.for kalkaram. 11 For Vimanam Upto 2500 12 For Kalkaram 13 Plastering with Lime mortar 1:1.5,12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges, curing etc,complete complying with standard specifications. 14 Removing the old cut stone flooring and stacking it for refixing including cost and conveyance labour,handling as per instruction of departmental officers etc.,complete 15 Supplying and filling in foundation in basement with filling sand in layars of 148mm thickness well watered rammed and consolidated complying with relevant std specification including cost of supplying filling sand. 16 Re- fixing and Dressingcharges for Existing old flooring stone as directed by the departmental officers includingconveya nce of materials to site and labour charge for paving and pointing with lime mortar 1:1:5 (one part of lime and one and halfpart of sand) etc.,complete with standred specification. 17 Flooring with cut stone slab of size 600mmX600mm and other sizes suitable for site requirement not less than 100mm thick with machine cut edges and top surface dressed as directed by the departmental officers including cost and conveyance of materials to site and lobour charges for paving and Pointing With Lime Mortor1:1.5 etc complete. Single Line Dressing 18 Painting with multicolour (Panchavarnam)good water based exterior emulson paints complete for the Vinamans/Gopurams, including costand conveyance of all materials, lobour charges including Artist painter, working in heights, lifting of material, cost of brushes etc,complete-which including all extra for foldings-100sft, superficial area. 19 For Vimanam Upto 150 20 For Vimanam Upto 2500 21 For Vimanam Upto 500 22 Painting with Singlecolour (Egavarnam)good water based exterior emulson paints complete for the Vinamans/Gopurams, including costand conveyance of all materials, lobour charges including Artist painter, working in heights, lifting of material, cost of brushes etc,complete-which including all extra for foldings-100sft, superficial area. 23 Clean removal of old paint from the surface of wooden door and Painting old wood work with two coats of enamel paint of approved quality and color over one coat of whiteprimer in all floors the rates is to include cost of all materials, brushes scaffolding charges etc, complete complying with standard specifications. 24 GST @ 18% .
