Highways Department has published Tender For Schedule Of Quantities To Accompany The Tender For The Work Of(Road A) Special Repairs To Madurai -Palamedu Road At Km 0/0 - 1/8; 1 Milling the existing B.T surface to 5 to 7 cm depth using milling machine, conveying the Milled waste materials to at least for 20 km distance including hire and running charges for the machine, conveyance charges, unloading at unobjectionable place, cleaning the milled surface as to avoid slippery including all other incidental and unforeseen item etc. complete as per the direction of the departmental officers 2 ROAD A 3 Picking the existing BT surface upto 50mm depth as directed bythe departmental officers and collecting the picked up salvagedmetal and stacking the same for reuse and deposting the debris excludingcost of materials including all labour charges for pickig and all othertools and plants employed of the work and including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per MORTH Specification no.111,112,202 4 ROAD A 5 Wet Mix Macadam (Table 400-13) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, Complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Specification 111,112,406,900 6 ROAD A 7 Prime coat Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion(SS-I type) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MORTH Specification no.111,112, 501,502,900- over WMM. 8 ROAD A 9 Tack coat- Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion(RS-I type) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MORTH Specification no.111,112,501, 503,900- over granular surfaces treated with primer. 10 ROAD A 11 Tack coat- Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion(RS-I type) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MORTH Specification 111,112,501,503,900- over granular surfaces treated with Existing BT Surfaces 12 ROAD A 13 Bituminous Macadam Providing and layingbituminous macadam with Hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder (Viscosity Grade 40), transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction, complete as per clause 504of MORTH Specification 111,112,501,504,900- Grading II (Table 500-7). 14 ROAD A 15 Bituminous Concrete (Table500-17) Providing and laying bituminous concrete with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder(Viscosity Grade-40) at percentage specified by Job Mix Formula of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment,rolled as per clause 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction as per clause No. 507 of MORTH Specification no.111,112,507,900 complete in all respects - Grading II 16 ROAD A 17 Calculation of SubTotal, GST and Total Amount carried out by system automatically 18 Basic cost of value put to tender as per estimate 19 Add GST at 18% 20 Total Value put to Tender 21 Excess/Less Percentage 22 Final Value 23 Add GST at 18% of Final Value 24 Total Value of Contract Including 18% of GST 25 Basic cost of value put to tender as per Estimate 26 Quoted Rate in Figures (Total Value of Contract Including 18% of GST ) .
