Rajasthan State Industrial Development And Investment Corporation Limited has published Operation And Maintenance Work Of Water Supply Scheme At Industrial Areasarbuda , Growth Centre Phase-I , Phase-Ii , Ambaji And H/C Ambaji , Aburoad Wss , Regular Operation And Maintenance Of Existing Water Supply System Of Industrial Areas As Under- 1 . Operation Of Booster Pumps To Lift Water From Source To Cwr To Sr ( As Per Requirement And To Maintain Hydraulic Head . 2 . Ensure Uninterrupted Regular Water Supply ( As Per Direction Engineer In-Charge ) To Industrial Units Residential Areas , Daily Or Alternatively As Per Decided Or Direction Issued By Engineer In-Charge . 3 . Regular Supervision Or Maintenance Of Clear Water Reservoir , Service Reservoir , And All Pipe ( Rising Or Distribution ) Network Pump Room , Switch Room , Electrical Motor And Complete System To Ensure Adequate Storage Of Row Water For Proper Supply Of Water . 4 . All Minor Materials Like Nut Bolts , Washers , Gland Packing , Socket , Making Thread Etc . Required For Fitting Of G . I . Pipes To Pumps Have To Be Arranged By The Contractor With Labour Charge For The Same . 5 . Local Transportation Of All Types Of Material Required For Repairing Or Replacement Of Pipe Lines , Cables From Riico Office Store Room Or Engineering Shop Or Electrical Shop For All Lead And Lift . 6 . In Case Of Burning Of Motor ( Mono Block And Submersible Pump And Motor ) , Contractor Will Make Immediate Rewinding Or Maintenance Of Electrical Motor And Rectification Of Electrical Fault On His Own Cost As Well As , At Site Must Have Every Time Available Standby Arrangement Of Electrical Motor Of Suitable Power And Capacity . Agency Has To Resolve All Electrical Problems Related Of Jdvvnl Line Etc . In Any Case Water Supply Must Be Resumed Within 24 Hrs Without Assigning Any Reason . 7 . Regular Maintenance Of Pipelines Of Industrial Area For Rising Main Line , Distribution Line , Sluice Valve Or Nrv Etc . Of Complete Water Supply Scheme By Removing Of Leakage As And When Required Without Jointing Material . 8 . Contractor Has To Add Or Mix The Required Quantity Of Alum Or Bleaching Powder Or Disinfectant Materials . The Supply For This Item Will Be Made By The Corporation , But The Contractor Will Intimate Well In Advance About Stoke Position Of Item . 9 . Contractor Will Also Maintain Residual Chlorine In Consumption No Lapse Due To Bleaching Powder Gone Out Of Stoke Will Be Entertained . 10 . Regular Watch And Ward For 24 Hrs . Of Water Supply Campus Contractor Will Be Complete Responsible For Safety And Security Of These Areas As Well As For The Network And System Of Pipeline . ( Raising Main And Distribution Pipe Line Etc . ) 11 . Contractor Will Be Responsible For Timely Collection And Deposition Of Electrical Bill Of Areas Each Month . 12 . Contractor Will Also Have To Execute Connection Or Disconnection Of Water Connection As Directed By Engineer In Charge . Dead Plugs For Disconnection Will Be Arranged By Contractor . No Extra Payment Will Be Made For This Work . 13 . Contractor Or Agency Will Be Solely Responsible For Any Type Of Mishappening Or Accident During The Awarded Work Of Wss , Riico Will Be Not Responsible Or Involved For Any Matter Either Legal Dispute Or Other Matter . 14 . At The Time Of Completion Of The Work Contractor Will Hand Over The Water System Completely In Proper Order And In Running Condition Along With Details Of Inventory . 15 . Contractor Will Maintain The Daily Log Book For Water Supply In The Prescribed Format As Provided By The Engineer In Charge . At The End Of Month Contractor Will Have To Submit Photocopy Of Log Book Of Concerned Month Duly Signed And Certified By Him Along With Bill , Only After Due Verification Of This Log Book And Recommendation Of Satisfactory Performance Of Agency During The Billing Period , Monthly Payment Will Be Released . 16 . Every Major Problem Or Fault In Operation Of Water Supply Scheme For The Concerned Industrial Area Must Be Intimated In Written To The Concerned Engineer In Charge Along With Expected Time Period Desired By The Agency Or Contractor To Resolve The Problem Or Fault . 17 . Any Type Of Complain Must Be Attainted Or Resolved Within 24 Hours By The Agency Or Contractor And In No Case Water Supply Will Be Closed Or Stopped For More Than 24 Hours . 18 . The Labor Cost Of Lowering Or Unlowering From Tube Well Or Open Well Will Be Bear By Contractor . 19 . Contractor Will Provide All Details Of Deputed Staff With Their Id Proof And Mobile No . 20 . All T And P Will Be Provided By The Contractor Including All Safety Measure . 21 . In Case Fails To Comply The Above Terms And Conditions By The Agency Or Contractor A Daily Penalty Of Rs . 1000 Will Be Imposed Or Recovered From His Bill Without Assigning Any Reason . 22 . The Corporation Reserve Full Rights To Reject The Contract Any Time If Services Not Found Satisfactory Or Without Assigning Any Reason .
