Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd has published tender for 1. Repair work of tower footing of 132 kV Hingonia-Champapura line at 13 Nos. tower locations, viz. location No. 45, 46, 48, 50, 57, 58, 60, 62, 64, 65, 66, 74 and 81. 2. Stub strengthening of Tower location No.112, 115, 133, 139 & 140 of 132 KV Renwal-Hingonia Line and 3. Stub strengthening of 170 nos. of tower legs of 132 KV Phulera- Sirsi line on Labor rate contract basis against TN-1075/2024-25 Sl. No. Item Description 1 Stub Strengthning of 170 nos. of tower legs of 132 KV Phulera-sirsiline. 2 Repair/Strengthening of tower footing of various tower legs in which following works will be carried out.-1. Breaking the chimney of the rusted tower leg/stub up to 01 Meter or un-rusted portion of the stub after excavation of soil around chimney.2. Fixing of cleat/Angle at outside& inside of stub / leg of Tower by making holes of standard size & no’s (cleat & Nut bolts provided by RVPN) preferably by Drill Machine / Gas-cutter.3. Then provide Butt Joint on respective tower legs/Stub if necessary. 4. Provide Tag welding on upper side visible bolt.5. Reconstruct the chimney of proper size by RCC.6. Back filled the respective tower leg/stub properly by soil.7. Make the Coping of tower leg/stub & curing for the same.Note: Piece of tower legs and nut-Bolts will be provided by RVPN only and remaining all tool, tackles & material etc. will be arranged by the Contractor at his cost. 3 Repair work of tower footing of 132 kV Hingonia-Champapura line at 13 Nos. tower locations. 4 Repair/Strengthening of tower footing of various tower legs in which following works will be carried out.-1.Breaking the chimney of the rusted tower leg/stub up to 01 Meter or un-rusted portion of the stub after excavation of soil around chimney.2.Fabrication and fixing of two nos. M.S. Flats/ Cleat by cutting, drilling and notching as required at Tower leg by making holes of standard size & no’s (cleat & Nut bolts provided by RVPN) preferably by Drill Machine / Gas-cutter.3. Then provide Butt Joint on respective tower legs/Stub if necessary.4. Provide Tag welding on upper side visible bolt.5. Reconstruct the chimney of proper size by RCC.6. Back filled the respective tower leg/stub properly by soil.7. Make the Coping of tower leg/stub & curing for the same.Note: Piece of tower legs and nut-Bolts will be provided by RVPN only and remaining all tool, tackles & material etc. will be arranged by the Contractor at his cost. 5 Repair work of tower footing of 132 kV Renwal-Hingonia line at 18 Nos. tower locations 6 Strengthening of tower footing of various tower legs in which following works will be carried out.-1.Breaking the chimney of the rusted tower leg/stub up to 01 Meter or un-rusted portion of the stub.2.Provide four holes of standard size on un-rusted portion of stub preferably by Drill Machine /Gascutter.3. Then provide Butt Joint on respective tower legs/Stub.4. Provide Tag welding on upper side visible bolt.5. Reconstruct the chimney of proper size by RCC.6. Back filled the respective tower leg/stub properly by soil.7. Make the Coping of tower leg/stub & curing for the same.Note: Piece of tower legs and nut-Bolts will be provided by RVPN only and remaining all tool, tackles & material etc. will be arranged by the Contractor at his cost .
