Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission has published Consultancy services for determination of ARR, Tariff and allied matters for Generation Companies, Transmission Companies and Distribution Companies , transmission licensees and distribution licensees , generation : , a ) determination of arr and tariff other than adhoc or interim tariff of rvun for fy 2021-22 , 2022-23 & 2023-24 in respect of following generating stations of rvun or its subsidiaries . ( i ) kota tps ( 1240 mw ) ( ii ) suratgarh tps ( 1500 mw ) ( iii ) chhabra tps ( 1000 mw ) ( iv ) ramgarh gas tps ( 270 . 5 mw ) ( v ) dholpur tps ( 330 mw ) ( vi ) giral tps ( 250 mw ) ( vii ) mahi ps ( 140 mw ) ( viii ) kalisindh tpp ( 1200 mw ) ( ix ) stps ( super critical unit 7 & 8 ( 1320 mw ) ( x ) chhabra ( super critical unit 5 & 6 ( 1320 mw ) ( for above plants petitions may be filed as one comprehensive petition or separate petitions ) , ( b ) determination of annual performance review ( true up ) of the above stations or rvun for fy 2019-20 , 2020-21 & 2021-22 . the true up petition may be received along with the main petition or separately . however , payment shall be made separately on yearly basis for disposal of true up proposals for all power stations as above . , c ) determination of final project cost for stps ( super critical unit 7 & 8-1320 mw ) , d ) determination of arr & final tariff other than adhoc or interim tariff for 8x135 mw units of m / s jsw energy ( barmer ) ltd . alongwith determination of transfer price of lignite from kapurdi and jalipa mines of m / s barmer lignite mining company ltd . ( blmcl ) for fy 2021-22 , 2022-23 & 2023-24 . ( for determination of transfer price of lignite from kapurdi and jalipa captive mines separate petition may be filed by m / s blmcl , however , no separate payment shall be made ) , e ) determination of annual performance review ( true up ) of jsw energy ( barmer ) ltd . for fy 2019-20 , 2020-21 & 2021-22 . the true up petition may be received along with the main petition or separately . however payment shall be made separately on yearly basis for disposal of true up proposals as above . , sub total ( generation ) , transmission : , a ) determination of arr and tariff other than adhoc or interim tariff of rvpn for fy 2021-22 , 2022-23 and 2023-24 including sldc charges . , b ) determination of annual performance review ( true up ) of rvpn for fy 2019-20 , 2020-21 and 2021-22 including sldc function . , c ) approval of investment plan of rvpn for fy 2021-22 , 2022-23 and 2023-24 . note : the proposal of true-up or investment plan may be received along with the main petition or separately . however , payment shall be made separately on yearly basis for disposal of these proposals as above . , sub total ( transmission ) , distribution : , a ) determination / re -determination of arr and tariff other than adhoc or interim tariff for fy2021-22 , 2022-23 and 2023-24 in respect of jvvnl , avvnl & jd . vvnl . , b ) determination of annual performance review ( true up ) of the above companies for fy 2019-20 , 2020-21 , 2021-22 & 2022-23 . the true up petition may be received along with the main petition or separately . however , payment shall be made separately on yearly basis for disposal of true up proposals for all companies as above . , c ) approval / revised approval of investment plan of jvvnl , avvnl & jd . vvnl for fy 2021-22 , 2022-23 and 2023-24 . , d ) determination of wheeling charges and cross subsidy surcharge of jvvnl , avvnl & jd . vvnl for fy 2021-22 , 2022-23 & 2023-24 . the proposals for wheeling charges and cross subsidy surcharge may be received along with main petition or separately . however , payment shall be made for disposal of these proposals on yearly basis separately for each discom .
